Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Illinois Home Services Broker website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Brokerage Services

Illinois Home Services Broker provides business brokerage services including business valuation, buy-side representation, sell-side representation, and consulting for home services businesses in Illinois. Our services are provided on an exclusive basis where applicable.

No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing professional, competent brokerage services, we make no guarantee of a specific outcome, sale price, or timeline for any transaction. Business sales depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, buyer and seller motivation, and the quality of information provided.

Confidentiality

All information shared with us in the course of our engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose seller business information without explicit permission. Buyers must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving confidential business information.

Fees

Our fee structure is outlined in our individual engagement agreements. Typically, we charge a success fee (percentage of transaction value) at closing for sell-side engagements. Buyer representation engagements are scoped separately. All fees are discussed openly before any engagement begins.

Information Accuracy

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information provided. Business valuations and market data are based on available information and professional judgment.

Limitation of Liability

Illinois Home Services Broker and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
